When you register, subscribe, or apply for a franchise, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email, mobile number, city, address, and — for franchise applicants only — optional copies of identity documents (Aadhar/PAN) used solely to verify your application.

Payment Information

We do not process or store card or bank details. Payments are made via UPI directly between you and our account; you upload a screenshot as proof, which we retain for verification and accounting purposes only.

How We Use Your Information

• ✔To create and manage your account and subscription
• ✔To send license keys, billing invoices, and service updates by email
• ✔To map your account to a franchise partner where applicable, for support and revenue-sharing purposes
• ✔To respond to support requests submitted via WhatsApp or our contact form

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Where you register through a franchise partner, that partner can see your subscription status and contact details for the purpose of providing you support — nothing more.

Data Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. Uploaded documents and payment screenshots are stored on our server and are not publicly browsable.
